The medium repair of screw air compressor is generally carried out once every 3000～6000 hours. In addition to doing all the minor repairs, the medium repair also needs to disassemble, repair and replace some parts, such as disassembling the oil-gas barrel, replacing the filter element of the oil filter and the filter element of the oil-gas separator, and checking the rotor wear. Dismantle, check and adjust the thermal control valve (temperature control valve) and pressure maintenance valve (minimum pressure valve) to make the machine work normally.
