Failure 1: Failure to start
1.Lack of maintenance: First, check if the air compressor's power supply wiring is correct, if the power switch is properly closed, if the power fuse is blown, and if the power voltage reaches 90% or more of the rated voltage.
2.Operational failure: When starting, make sure that the outlet switch is turned on, the outlet pressure is set appropriately, the electrical circuit switch is reset, and the voltage and current settings are reasonable.
3.Equipment failure: Mainly includes air compressor motor failure, rotor seizure, etc. Long-term overload operation can cause fatigue damage to rotor tooth surfaces and bearings, leading to seizure, and lubricating oil pipeline blockage causing oil shortage, resulting in high temperature damage to the positive and negative rotors and bearings.
Failure 2: Too low exhaust pressure
1.Lack of maintenance: If the exhaust volume decreases, first check whether the air compressor has been maintained. Sometimes, a decrease in exhaust volume does not indicate a major problem, but rather a lack of customer maintenance.
2.Not all intake valves are open: When the exhaust volume drops, check whether the air compressor's intake valve is properly open.
3.Motor failure: if the unit's exhaust volume does not change after ruling out intake valve failure, consider whether the motor has failed.
4.The pressure switch is set too low: this situation usually occurs when the working conditions change or the system is adjusted or overhauled. Unless the system parameters are changed, it is generally not susceptible to mistaken operation.

Failure 3: Unload failure
If there is no actual air consumption greater than the output of the compressor unit and significant pipeline leakage, the main reasons why the air compressor cannot unload may be as follows:
a. The pressure switch is not set properly or the setting is drifting and reporting false data.
b. The intake valve is malfunctioning or stuck.
c. When the system stops using air, the solenoid valve for releasing air leaks, causing the pressure to slowly rise. Unlike loading, solenoid valve failure during loading and unloading can lead to continuous pressure increase.
d. Control circuit failure.
For air compressor unloading failures, it is necessary to check whether various valves are stuck or damaged, and if necessary, repair or replace them. Nowadays, air compressor manufacturers have standardized their factory settings before delivery, most of the problems are caused by lack of maintenance or improper operation. If we strictly follow the machine's operating procedures and attach importance to equipment maintenance, we believe that many unnecessary equipment failures can be avoided.
